The PegAssist Insole System is an offloading insole built around a removable-peg chassis. By removing pegs from the area around a wound, the insole redistributes pressure away from the plantar (underfoot) area, while the patient stays ambulatory.

Usage & Care

Remove the pegs from the area that needs offloading, following the manufacturer's instructions supplied with the product.
Place the insole inside the shoe, with the chassis sitting flat against the insole bed.
Check the insole and the skin regularly, and replace the insole when it shows signs of wear.
Keep the insole clean and dry, and store it away from direct heat.
